What is your return/refund policy?
- If you received a damaged or wrong item from us, please contact support@fiimarketing.com with your order details and photo proofs, and we will either issue a full refund (including shipping) or send you the correct replacement free of charge––it's your choice!
- We are not responsible if you selected the wrong size/put in the wrong address! So please double check your order before submitting. But if you did get the size/address wrong, please contact support@fiimarketing.com IMMEDIATELY, and we'll do our best to correct the information for you before your order is shipped.
- If you received a correct item but it doesn't fit you, and your item is in "like new" condition, you may contact merch@gravelinstitute.org with your order details within 30 days of receiving your order to arrange for return and a refund for the cost of the item. We will issue the refund after we receive the item you wish to return. Note that the refund will not cover the original shipping cost or the cost of your return shipping.
I ordered merch from the Gravel 2020 presidential campaign, but never received it. What’s up with that?
Short answer: “We f***ed it up, and we’ll make it up to you.”
Longer answer: “It got lost in the mail (seriously).” When we opened the Gravel 2020 merch store, we never expected the overwhelming number of orders you all sent our way. Each package of rolling papers, buttons, and yard signs was hand-sealed and stamped by a team of campaign staffers in New York, dropped off at our glorious United States Postal Service, and boldly shipped without tracking of any sort.
Also, one of our suppliers literally lost a pallet of goods, which threw the entire operation into an irrevocable tailspin. Big oops, not entirely "our fault," etc... but, in any case, it was unacceptable to you, our beloved supporters. A mistake as serious as that will never happen again. Please accept our sincere apologies.
This time, we’ve taken several steps to ensure the merch operation runs smoothly and efficiently – the right way from Day 1. You can read more about our manufacturing and customer service upgrades below – and if you did not receive your order from 2019, please email us at merch@gravelinstitute.org with your order details, and we'll either send you a replacement order free of charge, or if the items you ordered are no longer in stock, we will provide you with a free coupon of equal value that you can use on any item in our new and improved merch shop!
Who makes this merchandise? Are you sourcing this stuff ethically?
We’re glad you asked, comrade! Our goods are proudly manufactured and fulfilled by a network of union suppliers across the northeast. About half of the items in our store are made one at a time by magical, human-monitored robotic shirt and tote bag printers, and the other half have been ordered in advance in hopes that you actually buy them (please, please buy them).
And this time, when you place an order, you'll receive professional customer support from a union team of real professionals (not a rag-tag team of teens and twenty-somethings in their dingy urban apartments). Amazing!
How long will my order take to arrive at my doorstep?
Please allow up to 14-21 days for your order to be processed (although usually it doesn't take that long). Our supplier is one of the only union merchandise networks in the country, so nearly all progressive political campaigns and organizations use them for their merch store, and they get especially busy during election seasons.
We could have gone with a non-union supplier. If we’d done that, your order could be there in less than a week. But we didn’t want to do that – and we hope you’re on board with our decision to live by our leftist values, support organized labor, and get your goodies sent to you in the most ethically responsible way possible.
Do you ship merchandise across international borders?
Not yet. Turns out, international shipping is complicated! If you’re an international supporter of the Institute, please stay tuned – we're actively working on a solution.
